Help, I think that I am living in an alternate reality. The last time that I looked, prayer was free. Oh wait, here is a scripture that pretty much says it.

My heart breaks for the Body of Christ. They need God. They need true anointing's but the leadership in the Church is not giving them God. They are giving them trash. I was alerted by my wife to some disturbing news about the self-appointed "Dr. Juanita Bynum." She is offering on her verified page and her website

Help, I think that I am living in an alternate reality. The internet is abuzz with yet another scandal from a “celebrity” in the Church. This is completely absurd on so many levels. “Dr. Juanita Bynum” is hosting a conference where she is teaching people how to pray. Good for her. Glad that she is using the gifting that God has given her to equip the Body of Christ.
On her authenticated website and social media platforms, her conference is listed for the great reduced price of $1,499.99 down from $1,999.99. This is not a typo or an error. She really is charging people this amount of money to do something that God can do for them for free. This is not a joke nor is it funny. There will be people who will pay this fee. I feel the sorriest for them because they're being taken advantage of and no one is going to sound the alarm against this foolishness. The people who are going to fall for this are already hurting. They are already going through some of life's toughest trials and tribulations. They do not need Mrs. Bynum nor anyone else ripping them off.

My heart breaks for the Body of Christ. They need God. They need true anointing's but the leadership in the Church is not giving them God. They are giving them trash. I get it. Sheep are dumb. Where are the shepherds who have God's heart and look after the sheep? What is going on in the Church is disturbing. There has to be a move amongst the leadership of the Church to disavow and speak out against these behaviors. The overwhelming silence that comes from leadership in the Church gives the devil room for people to be used and abused.
There is no accountability when it comes to things like this in the Body of Christ. I know ultimately when the “Dr. Bynum’s & Bishop So and So’s” stand before God they will be judged for what they have done to God’s sheep. At times this doesn't seem to happen fast enough. I long for the day when this type of stuff does not happen in the Church anymore. We have so much Kingdom work that needs to be done and there are not enough laborers to do it. And just in case you miss the point, this has nothing to do with being paid to help the Body of Christ. This has everything to do wtih fleecing and taking advantage of the sheep. There is a fine line when it comes to this. Be very aware of the seeds that you sow, because you will reap them in season. Selah.
