I was shocked, appalled, & dismayed that in my desperation to help my Pastor (Pastor Barbara Lynch) & my Mom with their computer's, I made the move to purchase a Teamviewer business account. You know the one that they says is for $49 per month. I loaded my paypal account with $49 and received a disturbing surprise...
Yes, that's right, they calculated an entire years worth of payments into my paypal cue and were getting ready to charge me $588 to use their product as a business. I am not a business. I almost hit accept until I realized that I was about to be charge $588. What kind of greed does this? I am just trying to help my Mom and my Pastor.
There is no free side to Teamviewer. Once you reach the threshold you are cut off from use. Even if you explain to them that you are not a business. They don't want to hear it. Shut up and pay is all they say indirectly. You need to understand how bad this really is. If they really wanted to make money why not create a tier system were little people can use their service. If you have all of this technology and ability to track it, why can't you track it accurately? Boo!!!!!!!!!!! Hiss!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the Teamviewer product. It works great and its so easy when you are dealing with people who do not know how to use a computer. It takes the frustration away from them and gives you the time that you need to help them solve their problem with their computer. I want Teamviewer to make money but really Teamviewer? Really?
$588 one time. I just cannot fathom this. I just cannot imagine this. This is wrong on so many levels.
